About The Wine

Trentham Estate Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, smooth and easy drinking Australian Pinot Noir with plenty of red fruit charm and a soft, silky finish. It shows the approachable side of Pinot, with cherry red colour, plum and spice aromas, berry fruit flavours and subtle French oak.

This is a great value Pinot Noir for those who enjoy lighter reds with gentle tannins, fresh fruit and a polished finish. It is soft, balanced and ready to enjoy now.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Plum, cherry, red berries, sweet spice and subtle French oak.

Palate: Smooth and medium-bodied, with berry fruit, soft plum, gentle spice and silky texture.

Finish: Soft and easy going, with lingering red fruit, subtle oak and fine, smooth tannins.

Serving Suggestions

Serve slightly below room temperature or lightly chilled. Enjoy with antipasto, duck, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, salmon, light tomato-based pasta, soft cheeses or charcuterie.

About the Winery / Producer / Region

Trentham Estate is based at Trentham Cliffs in the Murray Darling region, near the Murray River. The Murphy family has a long history in the area, with grape growing beginning after they moved near Mildura in 1960, followed by Trentham’s first vintage in 1984 and cellar door opening in 1988.

The Murray Darling is one of Australia’s important inland wine regions, known for producing generous, fruit driven wines with broad appeal. Trentham Estate’s Pinot Noir shows the region’s bright fruit profile, with careful winemaking bringing out softness, spice and a silky finish.

Cellaring Potential

Best enjoyed young over the next 2 to 3 years while the plum, cherry and berry fruit remain fresh and vibrant. Short term cellaring may soften the texture further, but this Pinot Noir is made for early enjoyment.
