About The Wine

Montalto Pennon Hill Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, generous and beautifully approachable Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. It captures the freshness and elegance the region is known for, with layers of red cherry, raspberry, blood orange, spice and savoury earthiness.

This is a polished cool climate Pinot with plenty of charm; silky, vibrant and full of flavour without feeling heavy. The 2025 vintage shows lovely fruit purity, smooth tannins and a long savoury finish, making it a great choice for those who enjoy Pinot Noir with freshness, texture and regional character.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Red cherry, black cherry, sarsaparilla, cherry cola, summer pudding, baking spice, star anise and subtle leaf litter.

Palate: Refined yet generous, with cherry, raspberry, blood orange, chai spice, ripe tannins and well-integrated oak.

Finish: Long and savoury, with bright acidity, silky texture and lingering Mornington Peninsula spice.
