Sourced from the Séchets Premier Cru climat, it delivers crystalline fruit, tension and a saline, limestone edge. Fermented and matured without oak, the focus is firmly on site expression, freshness and finesse , an elegant Premier Cru that rewards attention and time.

Louis Michel & Fils is a historic family estate founded in 1850, now led by the sixth generation in the heart of Chablis. Renowned for their oak free philosophy, Louis Michel & Fils vinify and mature their Chablis exclusively in stainless steel, preserving purity, freshness and a clear expression of Kimmeridgian limestone soils.
