Known for its refined, site expressive wines, Juniper places strong emphasis on vineyard detail and balance. The Cane Cut Riesling is a long-standing specialty of the estate, made only when conditions allow for extended hang time, concentrating flavour while retaining natural acidity, a hallmark of the region’s cool maritime climate.
