About The Vermouth

Three Foxes Sunny Arvo Ruby Vermouth is a deeply expressive Australian sweet vermouth made in a velvety, bittersweet style. It brings together dark fruit, caramelised citrus and warming native botanicals, giving it plenty of richness while still feeling bright and balanced. This is a polished, contemporary vermouth that works beautifully on its own over ice or as a key ingredient in a Negroni or Manhattan style serve.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Sun dried rosella, spiced cranberry and caramelised citrus.

Palate: Velvety and layered, with dried bilberries, clove, wattle seed and burnt orange peel.

Finish: Long, elegant and bittersweet, with lingering warmth and a delicate herbal lift.

Serving Suggestions

Serve over ice with an orange twist, lengthen with soda for an easy aperitif, or use in a Negroni style cocktail where its bittersweet fruit and citrus peel can really shine.

About the Distillery / Producer / Region

Three Foxes is a Melbourne distillery built around a multi generational family drinks story. The house traces its roots back to 1901, when the family began distilling traditional spirits to accompany seafood at the family restaurant. Today, three generations work side by side producing handcrafted aperitivo, amaro and spirits, with Sunny Arvo Ruby Vermouth sitting as part of that modern Australian aperitivo range.

Best enjoyed for its freshness and vibrancy once opened, stored upright in a cool, dark place. Vermouth is at its best when served fresh and well chilled after opening.
