About The Bourbon

Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is a polished American whiskey made by blending straight bourbons, then finishing the blend in new charred American oak barrels for added depth and structure. The result is rich, smooth and layered, with classic bourbon sweetness, toasted oak, warm spice and a rounded finish. It is generous enough to sip neat, while still offering the weight and polish to shine in premium whiskey cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, dried fruit and gentle baking spice.

Palate: Smooth and full flavoured, with brown sugar, honey, vanilla, roasted nuts, spice and charred oak.

Finish: Long, warming and balanced, with lingering caramel, oak, spice and soft sweetness.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy neat, over a large cube, or with a splash of water to open up the oak and spice. It also works beautifully in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Boulevardier.
