Layered and contemplative, Saint Lamvinus bridges the worlds of fine wine and wild beer. The grapes bring structure, tannin and dark fruit nuance, while Cantillon’s lambic base delivers vibrant acidity and rustic elegance. A benchmark for grape lambics and a must for serious sour lovers.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Dark cherry, red currant, leather, oak and gentle funk.
