Unico Zelo Fresh A.F Nero d’Avola 2025 is right on form, dialled in, vibrant and built for chill. Picked early in a hot vintage, this release is lighter on its feet while still full of flavour and personality, once again showing why Nero d’Avola works so well in warm Australian climates. Bright, energetic and highly drinkable, this is a modern red made for pure refreshment.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Sour cherry, blood orange and blueberry, with hints of rhubarb, strawberry and baking spice.

Palate: Crunchy and refreshing, with vibrant fruit, lively acidity and plenty of energy through the palate.

Finish: Clean and bright, with fine sandy tannins and a fresh, chillable close.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with an aggressive chill. A great match for pizza, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, barbecue dishes or simple pasta.
