Crafted from organically farmed fruit across South Australia, this minimal-intervention orange wine is fermented naturally on skins to create layers of citrus, spice, and gentle tannin, bright, raw, and seriously fun to drink.

About the Winery

Das Juice, founded by winemakers Rory Lane and Alex Schulkin, is part of the new wave of Australian natural wine, honest, unfiltered, and all about drinkability. The wines are made using organically grown fruit, wild fermentation, and minimal sulphur, expressing purity and place without pretension. Based across McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, Das Juice continues to lead Australia’s lo-fi revolution with balance, freshness, and accessibility.
