This medium‑to‑full‑bodied release is crafted using estate grown MV6, 115, and 777 grape clones across Merricks North, White Gates, Kentucky Road, and Kangerong vineyards, delivering a complex, layered wine with both finesse and depth. From the moment you lift the glass, you’ll appreciate the harmony of vibrant fruit, integrated oak, and silky structure. Crafted by the Lee brothers,hospitality veterans turned winemakers, this Pinot Noir brings Mornington Peninsula’s terroir to life with finesse and sophistication.

Tasting Notes

Immerse yourself in bright aromatics of morello cherry and vibrant red berries, enriched by darker plum, earthy undertones, oak spice, and a hint of savory meaty character. The palate is enhanced with supple tannins that provide structure and an enduring finish ideally balanced between fruit purity and oak influence.

Winemaking & Style

Hand-harvested and fermented using open plunging techniques in small-batch fermenters, the wine matures in French oak barriques and large-format vessels for approximately 22 months. The MV6 clone from Merricks North readily absorbs new oak, adding weight and concentration, while clones 115 and 777 lend elegance and mid-palate roundness.

Lovely restraint to the ‘24 pinots from Foxeys, yet plenty of flavour via good fruit matching perky acidity. This is refreshing, with upfront cherries and spice, blood orange, chinotto and some fresh herbs. It's a little autumnal.
