About The Gin

Patient Wolf Dry Gin is a bold, modern Melbourne gin with bright citrus, fresh juniper and layered botanical spice. Crafted in small batches, it brings together native and classic gin botanicals for a crisp, aromatic and balanced style that works beautifully in a classic G&T or a clean, citrus led cocktail.

Fresh ruby grapefruit, orange and aniseed myrtle are vapour infused, while the remaining botanicals are steeped in the pot. The result is a vibrant Australian dry gin with citrus lift, gentle spice and a polished, contemporary finish. Patient Wolf gin is at 41.5% ABV.

Palate: Bright citrus, clean juniper, coriander seed, green cardamom, cubeb pepper and soft tonka bean texture.
