This blend of Shiraz and Malbec delivers a complex bouquet of dark plum, blackberry, and violet, interwoven with notes of earthy spice and subtle oak. The full-bodied palate is dense and structured, offering layers of dark fruit, licorice, and graphite, supported by firm tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and persistent, indicating significant cellaring potential. An ideal companion to robust dishes such as grilled meats, game, or aged cheeses.

A 60/40% blend, the bouquet is very fragrant, with the plum-accented malbec contribution obvious (as it should be); the palate has multiple layers of flavour, with blackberry and black cherry ex the shiraz leading the way, complexed by notes of plum from the malbec, half-suggesting some fruitcake flavours.

Local deliveries are delivered directly by our store. Delivery is usually the same day if order is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be next day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink including slabs will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.
