The 2024 Havilah Pinot Nouveau is Tasmania in a glass—bright, playful, and built for pure, unadulterated refreshment. This juicy blend is mostly Pinot Noir, with a splash of Meunier and Pinot Gris adding extra layers of charm and drinkability. Think vibrant red fruits, a touch of aromatic lift, and a silky, slippery texture that makes it impossible to put down.
Sourced primarily from Ricky Evans' Abel clone block, the Pinot Noir was picked super fresh, lightly handled, and pressed early to old barrels for a delicate, easy-drinking vibe. There’s also a bit of carbonic maceration from the same block for a lively aromatic pop. The Meunier, picked at sparkling ripeness, keeps it bright and zippy, while the Gris smooths out the edges, softening the tannins for maximum smashability.
