Cyril Gautheron Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2024 is a poised, terroir driven Chardonnay that captures the elegant side of this renowned Premier Cru climat. From limestone rich slopes on Chablis’ left bank, the wine delivers purity and line first, with layered texture and depth emerging as it opens. Oak is handled with restraint, allowing Vaillons’ natural freshness and mineral character to take centre stage.
Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lemon zest, green apple and white peach with hints of chalk, oyster shell and soft florals.

About the Winery / Region
Domaine Cyril Gautheron is a respected family estate based in Fleys, just outside the village of Chablis. Farming vineyards across Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru sites, the domaine is known for its site focused, classical approach and careful balance between stainless steel and older oak.
The Vallions Premier Cru climate is prized for producing Chablis of finesse rather than sheer power, offering floral lift, citrus clarity and a refined mineral profile. Gautheron’s expression stays true to this identity, composed, precise and built on terroir expression.
