This 'Pètillant #1' is the 4th edition of their innovative Pet Nat. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and free run Shiraz, harvested in just a few days in early March, it was left to settle before undergoing a wild yeast ferment until fully dry. To revive fermentation, it was then mixed with fresh Pinot Gris juice and bottled without disgorging.

The result is a delightful, sparkling beverage with flavours of juicy watermelon, strawberry, pink guava, and lemon, finishing dry and clean. Perfect for summer picnics! Shiraz (84%), Pinot Gris (8%), and Sauvignon Blanc (8%).
