Made with minimal intervention from organically farmed grapes, this pétillant naturel (Pet Nat) captures the joy of wild fermentation ,unfiltered, unfined, and full of bright red fruit and lively fizz. It’s the ultimate summer pink - honest, cloudy, and deliciously moreish.

Das Juice is the collaboration between James Audas and Tom Sheer, two leading figures in Australia’s natural wine scene. Their mission is to create approachable, environmentally conscious wines that are unpretentious, sustainably made, and full of life. Based on organic vineyards across South Australia, Das Juice embraces minimal intervention winemaking, natural fermentations, no additives, and just a touch of playful personality.
