About the Winery

Sorenberg, founded by Barry & Jan Morey in 1978, is a tiny biodynamic estate in Beechworth, producing some of Australia’s most coveted wines in minuscule quantities. Farming is certified biodynamic, yields are low, ferments are wild, and oak is handled with absolute finesse. Sorenberg Chardonnay has become one of Australia’s great cool climate benchmarks, prized for its purity, texture, and unmistakable sense of place.

Cellaring Potential
