About the Winery / Region
Union Champagne De Saint Gall was founded in 1966 as a collective of leading grower families, united by a shared vision: to showcase the true character of Champagne’s finest terroirs through meticulous viticulture and long ageing. Headquartered in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, De Saint-Gall is deeply rooted in grower tradition rather than large-house industrial production.
