Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a polished, full bodied South Australian Cabernet that brings varietal definition, richness and structure into sharp focus. Inspired by the house’s flagship Cabernet style, Bin 407 is known for combining ripe fruit depth with approachability, and the 2017 vintage delivers that beautifully. Layers of black fruit, dark chocolate, cedar and spice sit over a firm, balanced frame, giving the wine both immediate appeal and the structure to continue evolving in bottle.

Aroma: Blackcurrant, licorice, dark chocolate, cedar and spice.

Palate: Full bodied and richly flavoured, with concentrated black fruit, dark chocolate, subtle oak and finely integrated tannins.

Finish: Long, balanced and firmly structured, with lingering cassis, spice and savoury oak detail.

Serving Suggestions
