Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a classic Kentucky straight bourbon with richness, depth and smooth oak character. Made in small batches, it brings together sweet vanilla, caramel, baking spice and toasted wood in a balanced, full flavoured style. It is approachable enough to enjoy neat, but has enough structure and spice to work beautifully in classic bourbon cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Vanilla, caramel, honey, toasted oak and warm baking spice.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, with brown sugar, toffee, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and charred oak.

Finish: Long, warm and gently spicy, with lingering caramel, oak and a touch of sweet smoke.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy neat, over ice, or with a splash of water to open up the oak and spice. It is also an excellent choice for an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour or Boulevardier.
