Vibrant, fresh, and unmistakably Piedmontese, G.D. Vajra Langhe Rosso 2023 delivers pure Italian charm in every glass.
A joyous, approachable blend from one of Piedmont’s most respected organic producers, this wine brings together Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and small portions of Freisa, Albarossa, Slarina, Chatus, and Pinot Noir. Each varietal is vinified separately to highlight its distinct character before blending, resulting in a harmonious, bright, and food-friendly red.
The 2023 vintage opens with fragrant notes of red cherry, wild strawberry, violet, and rosehip, layered with hints of sweet spice, hay, and dried herbs. The palate is juicy and energetic, offering flavours of sour cherry, plum, and raspberry, supported by silky tannins, lively acidity, and a refreshing mineral finish.
Made with organically farmed fruit and crafted with minimal intervention, this is a true expression of the Langhe's diverse vineyard heritage ,vibrant, honest, and built for the table.

Grape Varieties: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, with small portions of Freisa, Albarossa, Slarina, Chatus, and Pinot Noir
ABV: Approximately 13–13.5%
Winemaking: Fermented varietally in stainless steel with spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged for 4–6 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
Closure: Cork
Perfect with: Classic Italian fare such as tagliatelle with ragu, mushroom risotto, grilled sausages, pizza, or aged cheeses like pecorino and fontina.
