Crafted in small parcels by winemaker Bernard Schurr, this 50/50 Grenache Syrah blend is cultivated by multi generational, organic growers and bottled with minimal intervention to showcase genuine terroir expression. On the nose, rich aromas of wild plum, blackberry, forest floor, thyme, and dried meats intertwine with exotic spice and pepper. The palate offers medium bodied structure, vibrant red and dark fruit, baking spices like clove and nutmeg, and fine grained tannins framed in old oak. The finish is dry, mineral-driven, and elegantly persistent.
