The 2024 vintage presents a pale straw color with greenish highlights. Winemaking:

Crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes harvested in the second half of August, the wine undergoes soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the fresh fruit character and ensures a clean, crisp profile.
