Grant Burge GB Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 is a bright, approachable South Australian red made in an easy drinking, fruit forward style. It shows classic Cabernet notes of blackcurrant and mint, layered with chocolate, cedar and a gentle touch of vanilla, all carried by a smooth, rounded palate and soft tannin finish.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackcurrant, chocolate, mint, cedar and vanilla.

Palate: Rich and supple, with blackcurrant, chocolate and vanilla flowing through the palate.

Finish: Silky, soft and persistent, with fine tannins and lingering dark fruit.

Winemaking

This is made in a modern, fruit led Cabernet style that focuses on ripe varietal flavour, softness and immediate drinkability. The result is a smooth, polished red with enough structure to keep the palate balanced without losing its easygoing appeal.
