Liv Zak Wines is the personal project of Liv Zak Harcourt, daughter of Helen Liu (founder of Helen & Joey Estate), who crafts small-batch wines from sustainably farmed Yarra Valley vineyards. Her approach blends traditional techniques with a modern touch, wild fermentation, minimal intervention, and gentle oak use resulting in wines of balance, energy, and authenticity.
