Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lemon verbena, cumquat marmalade, citrus zest, white peach, toasted sourdough and light brioche.

Palate: Crisp and elegant with peach, plum, grapefruit zest, fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and subtle creamy texture.

Finish: Fresh and refined with lingering citrus, orchard fruit, toast and a clean dry finish.

Chandon Australia was established in 1986 in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, bringing French sparkling wine heritage together with Australian cool climate vineyards. Its home at Green Point in the Yarra Valley was chosen for its cool climate, soils and suitability for premium sparkling wine production.
