Experience the bold elegance of the Wild Duck Creek Yellow Hammer Hill Shiraz Malbec 2022, a premium red wine from Heathcote, Victoria. This exceptional blend showcases the distinctive characteristics of Shiraz, Malbec, and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.

Winemaking: Crafted using estate-grown fruit, the grapes are fully and gently de-stemmed, hand-plunged, and basket-pressed. The wine is then matured for up to 23 months in a combination of French and American oak barriques, hogsheads, and large format barrels, with approximately one-third aged in concrete vats. This meticulous process imparts depth and complexity to the wine.

Food Pairing: This versatile wine pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. Its rich flavors and balanced structure make it an excellent choice for both casual meals and special occasions.
