Appearance: Medium ruby red with garnet reflections.

Aroma: Inviting scents of red berries, cranberries, and plums, complemented by hints of dried herbs and Mediterranean scrub.

Palate: A balanced profile featuring flavors of sour cherry, plum, dried tea, and sundried tomato. The wine exhibits moderate tannins and a fresh finish, making it both robust and approachable.

Vinification: Grapes are manually harvested and gently pressed. The must undergoes a 15-day maceration with the skins, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged in concrete tanks for 24–36 months to preserve its authentic character.
