About The Wine

Pirie Sparkling NV is a refined Tasmanian sparkling made in the traditional method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Sourced primarily from the Tamar Valley, with a small portion from Tasmania’s east coast, it offers the bright energy and purity of cool climate fruit alongside the creamy complexity that comes from time on lees. This is a vibrant, polished sparkling with freshness, texture and excellent everyday appeal. 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Crisp apple, citrus, white peach and subtle brioche notes.

Palate: Bright and finely textured, with lively citrus acidity, orchard fruit and a creamy mousse.

Finish: Clean, persistent and mineral, with a fine bead and gently biscuity complexity.

Serving Suggestions

Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside oysters, smoked salmon, fresh prawns, light canapés or soft cheeses.
