PepperJack Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a full flavoured Barossa red built in a generous, approachable style. Deep dark plum in colour, it shows classic Cabernet character with ripe dark berries, blackcurrant, plum and mint, backed by leafy varietal notes and subtle oak. The palate is rich and concentrated, with plush dark fruit, soft chalky tannins and a smooth, balanced finish.

Winemaking

PepperJack Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Barossa. Fermentation runs for up to 14 days, followed by 12 months maturation in a mix of French and American oak, helping build texture, richness and structure while keeping the fruit profile generous and expressive.
