Appearance: Deep amber‑copper with a plush, towering head and rich, warming colour.
Aroma: Layers of toffee, caramel, and warm baking spice meld beautifully with rich bourbon‑oak tones from French oak barrel ageing
Palate: Full‑bodied and boozy (11.8 % ABV), it offers decadent toffee and caramel malt flavours, spicy oak warmth, and bourbon‑like richness, all tempered by a citrusy dry‑hop lift and flashes of candied red and stone fruits
