From a warm, dry season rescued by timely summer rain, it delivers intense, bright fruit, plush tannins and serious depth, with Viognier adding lift and floral complexity.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Serve at 16 to 18°C and decant 30 to 60 minutes to amplify perfume and soften the youthful structure. Excellent alongside roast lamb, chargrilled steaks, spiced duck, mushroom dishes, or aged hard cheeses.
