Bottled at 62.5% ABV (125 proof), this unfiltered, undiluted expression elevates Westward’s flagship malt whiskey to reveal its raw intensity and character. Made in Portland, Oregon, its mash bill uses 100% locally malted two-row barley, brewed into beer in-house before being double-distilled and aged in virgin American oak barrels, resulting in rich malt complexity and bready backbone. As a truly “cask strength” whiskey, no water is added post-maturation, maintaining its full-bodied presence and structure.
