Their Deliciosa Manzanilla is aged in their old bodega in the center of Sanlucar de Barrameda. It spends longer in the Solera than is typical for many Manzanillas and has a more assertive flavor than many. Hints of olive brine, blanched almonds, an herbal note and distinct mineral driven tartness that makes you imagine the salty ocean breeze blowing in from the Atlantic and across the white town of Sanlucar.
