This Riesling has been produced from one of the finest vineyards in the sub-region of the Eden Valley, High Eden. Cold fermentation has been used and this wine is bottled young to maintain freshness. The wine shows classic lifted notes of citrus rind, apple and mineral characters. The palate is focussed and linear, and finishes with a crisp, natural acid finish. Enjoy in its youth or cellar for up to 10 years for a more complex style.
