Dry, medium acidic well balanced. Light and fresh, a typical rosé de Provence. Wonderful floral and strawberry notes on the nose. Strawberry and maybe grapefruit on the palate. Not very wide range of flavors but still enjoyable. Nice to drink with tuna.
