This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed. A voluptuous, smooth shiraz with grapes sourced from Langhorne Creek, one of South Australia’s most renowned premium wine regions. This de-alcoholised red wine tastes like a classic Aussie Shiraz and contains the added benefits of skin-loving antioxidants from grape skin extract. Like all Plus & Minus wines, this has been uniquely hand-crafted resulting in a vibrant and full-flavoured vino. Expect a palate of black fruits, dark chocolate and hints of oak with a thin weave of tannins and a medium-bodied finish.
