Norfolk Rise Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is produced in a long cool ferment in stainless steel vat, using selected aromatic yeasts. It is clean and crisp with lively tropical fruits, lychee and perfumed musk aromas on the nose with passionfruit and guava and a great acidity structure on the palate. The Winemaker, Dan Berrigan has established a reputation of producing quality wines with exceptional value for money.
