Mount Difficulty has been a leading light for Central Otago Pinot Noir and the bar has been set pretty high. A fine pinot noir displaying perfumed ripeness with piercing clarity; dark fruits of the forest dominate the aroma, underpinned by floral and spice notes. The palate is elegant, precise and framed by fine-grained tannins.
