This rich Shiraz from the Barossa Valley was matured in American oak with a small portion of it in new oak to impart vanilla notes. Upon being poured into a glass, it flaunts a crimson hue. A balanced nose makes way for an intense and textured palate, revealing Satsuma plum flavours along with a touch of spice. It’s a medium- to full-bodied wine that can be enjoyed young with beef stews or grilled lamb.
