This Lawson's Dry Hill Sauvignon Blanc offers up lifted aromatics of citrus and tropical fruits with a grassy, herbaceous edge lead to flavours of passionfruit, lemon and lime. The palate is crisp and elegant with lovely length and concentration; a small amount of old barrel and wild ferment gives this wine a level of complexity, weight and texture not often associated with this Marlborough style.
