Killer Sprocket American Pale Ale 375ml 4pack

American pale ales remain as broad a category of beer styles as they come, allowing brewers to approach them, hop them and execute them in a way they see fit. Of course, often that path has a lot to do with what a brewer enjoys drinking and for Killer Sprocket’s Sean Ryan, he likes pales that showcase hops but stick with having a substantial malt background. The combination of Cascade, Amarillo and Columbus hops make it really a classic American pale, where pine and citrus plus a slight herbal note blend together in the glass. The beer’s body is a light straw colour but it’s not quite as lean as many modern pales, instead holding some sweet and chewy notes with a building bitterness towards the end.
