This Shiraz is characteristically full-bodied and spicy like so many reds of the region, making it suitable for robust, red meat dishes. Black cherry aromas with floral notes, before red fruits, earth and gentle tannins on the long finish. Last year's Shiraz won a slew of awards, including Best Shiraz at the Langhorne Creek wine show. Another year of favourable conditions in the region bodes very well for this vintage!
