Ink Gin 700ml

Ink Gin is delicate and represents the modern Australian take on the traditional English spirit. This is a fresh, citrusy gin and, although juniper is present, the scent and taste of the oily berry aren't as pungent as in other types of gin. Instead, soft floral and pine notes are overlaid with the fresh zing of orange zest and bright lemon myrtle. Finally, a spicy pepper berry finish adds balance and a hint of bite. Ink Gin is infused with an exotic blue flower that adds a natural indigo hue and smoothness to the taste. The flower is pH sensitive, changes the colour of the spirit when it's mixed with lemon, tonic, or lime. Using this in a G&T, Gimlet, or Martini with a twist of lemon brings out the different colours of the flower.
