From the Clare Valley, this fruit is picked at optimal ripeness in the early hours of the morning when the fruit is at the perfect temperature. Minimal skin contact and cold fermentation has resulted in this crisp, refreshing wine. It shows a soft floral bouquet with flavours of citrus and green apple on the palate. Perfectly balanced acid gives a juicy and lingering finish. Enjoy with any asian or seafood dish.
