Haldon Estate Shiraz

This Shiraz shows a deep red colour. The nose initially displays cloves, plums, baked cherries, allspice, and black pepper, along with the dusty earth character typical of Beechworth’s granitic soils. It has a soft palate with textures of soft leather. Red berries particularly mulberries give fruit sweetness with a background of raspberry licorice. A fine and elegant wine with silky soft tannins bursting with freshness and youthful exuberance. Will cellar for years.
