The Félicette wines originate from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the south of France, along its southern-most coastline of the Mediterranean. Coming from vineyards between Narbonne and Béziers, the grapes are de-stemmed, undergo cold maceration and gentle ferments. The Rouge is almost all Grenache, with a splash of Syrah. Both wines are exceptionally elegant, drinkable and fresh, balanced and refined. Perfect for by the glass.
