The wine is made at the Manoir du Pavé, with five or six days of vinification to bring out the fresh grape flavours and the liveliness of this wine.Enticing Ruby-Red in colour with aromas of fresh grape and red fruits. On the palate, a fresh, delicate and pure wine, with a supple texture, bursting with red fruits and berries. Food Pairing Cold meats, poultry, cheese, and in the autumn as a Nouveau, with walnuts.
