With good structure and some firm tannins, this wine will age. Plenty of plums and dark black cherries add freshness to the ripe wine. Let it age another year and drink from late 2016. The Morgon appellation covers 1100 hectares and produces an averag e of 55000 hectolitres per year. They say that it has the fruitiness of a Beaujolais and the charm of a Burgundy. Best with Chicken and Turkey.
