Bunn Estate Shiraz

Deep red in colour with aromas of raspberry fruit, licorice, spice and floral hints. The palate is well integrated with more red fruit & spice and a hint of perhaps...pomegranate molasses. The supple tannins are ripe and fine with a lingering finish. Only wild yeasts are used to ferment this wine which leads to exciting and complex flavours. This wine has spent a good chunk of time in oak already and will easily age for another 5-10 years if you can keep your hand off it for that long.
